Total number of Invitations – 1007

1. Date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank: January 4, 2024 at 5:25 a.m.

These invitations were addressed to the persons meeting the following criteria:

They had a valid job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.

2. Date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank: January 22, 2024 at 5:25 a.m.

These invitations were addressed to the persons meeting the following criteria:

I. They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;

II. Their occupation appears in the following list of the National Occupational Classification (NOC):
0213 Computer and information systems managers
2131 Civil engineers
2132 Mechanical engineers
2133 Electrical and electronics engineers
2141 Industrial and manufacturing engineers
2143 Mining engineers
2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
2171 Information systems analysts and consultants
2172 Database analysts and data administrators
2173 Software engineers and designers
2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers
2175 Web designers and developers
2231 Civil engineering technologists and technicians
2232 Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians
2233 Industrial engineering and manufacturing technologists and technicians

These invitations were also addressed to people meeting the following criterion:
