Canada Immigration Provincial pick under Invitation exercises in 2024  by Quebec on 26 March 2024

Good day ladies and gentlemen, this is IRC news, I am Joy Stephen, a certified Canadian Immigration practitioner, and I bring to you this Provincial News Bulletin from the province of Quebec. This recording originates from the Polinsys studios in Cambridge, Ontario.

Quebec selected potential PNP nominees under Invitation exercises in 2024 on  26 March 2024.     Number of invitations: the Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration invited 1357 persons to apply for permanent selection.

Date and time of extraction from the Arrima bank: March 18, 2023 at 6:25 a.m.

These invitations were addressed to the persons meeting the following criteria:

They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (PDF 4.94 Mb) (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
they had a score (PDF 309 Kb) equal to or greater than 596 points.
These invitations were also addressed to people meeting the following criterion:

They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (PDF 4.94 Mb) (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
they had a valid job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
